VENDOR APPLICATION
Barktoberfest is back and unleashing more fun than ever—please join us!
- Barktoberfest is the largest annual fundraising event for Two by Two Rescue, drawing thousands of animal lovers of all ages, so the goods or services should be pet and family friendly.
- Applications will be accepted through July 31, 2025. Participation is at the discretion of Two by Two Rescue.
Barktoberfest reserves the right to decline a vendor determined to be unsuitable for event attendees. - Food vendors will be limited by specialty and accepted based on availability at the date of commitment (i.e. only one pizza truck will be permitted, only one ice cream vendor, etc.).
- Arts & Crafts/Shopping/Services vendors will not be excluded based on merchandise similar to another. However, every effort will be made to avoid placing competitors near each other. Please be sure to provide an accurate description of goods and services. All items must be new, no rummage.
- Arts & Crafts/Shopping/Services vendors may not sell or provide beverages of any kind. Food is limited to specialty, prepackaged items (jam, honey, vinegar, etc.). No baked goods are permitted without prior approval.
- Barktoberfest will open to attendees at 10 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. Set-up on Saturday may begin no earlier than 7:30 a.m. Booths must be ready for a staff walk-through at 9:30 a.m. to ensure compliance with Barktoberfest rules. Vendors may not begin packing up until 5 p.m. when the event team will facilitate a quick, efficient breakdown for all.
- Each vendor will be allotted 12’x12’ space. Vendors requiring additional space may register for two or more adjoining spots at the respective fee. Barktoberfest will not provide any materials for vendors, so the vendor must bring any tents, tables, or chairs needed.
- Food vendors requiring water and/or electricity must note this in advance. Please note there are limited resources at the venue, and Barktoberfest cannot guarantee these needs will be met.
- If applicable, all vendors are responsible for reporting and submitting their own city, county and state sales tax.
- Barktoberfest will be held in the City of Pelham. The vendor is responsible for registering with the city for all business licenses and permits. Barktoberfest staff will only allow vendors who are licensed for business in the City of Pelham.
Failure to follow this will result in the vendor being prohibited from participation. Fees will not be refunded for failure to comply with this. - Barktoberfest will be held rain or shine. Fees will not be refunded for no-show vendors. Special consideration will be
made in the event of a severe weather emergency as declared by the National Weather Service.
PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM ON THE FOLLOWING PAGE. APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH JULY 31, 2025.
