Carlos was the first dog Laura fostered for Two by Two. He had been hit by a car, had a broken leg, was emaciated, and had heartworms. We committed to save him and saw him through three leg surgeries and heartworm treatment. Through months of fostering him and caring for him, Laura could not let him go and adopted him!
